JG Murphree Walfred was one of the first people I met outside of work when I moved to SoCal. This man’s heart was large and full of compassion. At the lowest point in my life, he was the only person to visit me in the hospital… a drive that took him the better half of LA to drive. He was an amazing person that I wish I had kept in contact with better. Rest well my friend. You are missed.

Patricia Lynch I was extremely lucky to have Walfred all to myself one night while Les was in the hospital. I had never met Walfred but we hit it off immediately. He was a wonderfully kind and funny guy. It was a special night I will never forget. Love, Pat

David Cobell I never had the chance to meet Walfred but knowing the joy and light he brought to my dearest friends Leslie, his husband makes me so grateful for his time with us. I know so much about how he lived his life and gave to others. I'm saddened by his loss both for Leslie and his family as well that I never had the opportunity to say thank you to him for his love for my best friend. My deepest condolences and prayers to you all.
