December 19, 1938 - December 27, 2021

Ruth W. Coley was born to the union of Bessie Favors Arnold and James P. Beavers in Palmetto, Georgia.

Ruth accepted Christ at an early age, She joined Second New Hope Baptist Church under the late Rev. Allen. She was educated in the Cleveland Public School System. Ruth met and married Archie Coley, who preceded her in death. Ruth retired from Arrow Uniform.

Lil Mommy, as she was affectionately called, loved and cherished her family, friends, neighbors, and all who crossed her path. Lil Mommy loved cooking and bringing family and friends together. Lil Mommy also loved playing cards, dancing, bowling, and listening to her blues. Oh...and she loved her some Kobe Bryant!  Mommy loved for all the children to be at the house playing their games.

Preceding her in death was her brother Robert Arnold; sisters Dorothy (John) Wheeler and Rosie Lee Vason, brothers Willie James (her twin) and Willis Beaver, and sister Irene McPherson.

She leaves to her precious memory her children, Ruthena (Joseph) Daniels, Archie Coley, Renee West, Freddie Coley, Cecelia Coley, Danielle Dennis, and Brandyn White; grandchildren, Ricardo West (preceded her in death), Margaret (Ernest) Phillips, Archie Randall, Rachel Hayes, Joseph Daniels III, John Starks, Jr., Patience Coley, Cecelia Nicole Edwards, Elzada Coley, Zayn Pearson, Shawn Moore; great grandchildren, Renaeja West. Jordan Hayes, Deanta Booker, Imani Hayes, Jasir Starks, London Phillips, Ernest Phillips, and twins Liana & Laila Randall; great great grandchild Amaru King; siblings, Alton, Lucile, Robert, Sueann, Jannie, Sara, Becky; sister-in-law, Janice and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
