Raheem Amir McDowell Jr. entered the world nearly two months early at 34 weeks to the delight of his parents Sandra and Raheem.  At 5 pounds, 14 ounces, he made his debut on Tuesday June 13, 2023 in Cleveland, Ohio. Raheem Amir Jr. was a tiny but mighty force demanding that he be held just so or else. Soon his wide smiles and laughter were commonplace.  He enjoyed hearing his mommy sing “You Are My Sunshine” as well as being fed especially by his siblings. His still forming dimples, and seemingly vast supply of facial expressions provided an abundant source of joy and mirth. In his brief time with us, our treasured RJ, Red Bean, Amir, Lil Goodness touched many lives and captured our hearts. And we will forever feel blessed and honored to have been graced with his beautiful presence. 

Raheem Amir Jr. continues to be deeply loved by his mother Sandra Hinton, father Raheem McDowell, his grandmothers Rebecca Hutchinson and Theresa McDowell, his siblings Keymira, Harmony, De’Mya, and Truth Tihmeer, his aunts and uncles including Kelli Bryant, Akkida McDowell, Ameena Hinton, Andrea Arthur, LaShonda Carmicle, Stanley Hinton, Shawn Bryant, and Julien Stevenson, a host of cousins, and many other family and friends.
