Shawn Patrick Everson

Shawn Patrick Everson of Boulder Creek CA, born on June 22 1957 in Wisconsin, passed away on October 4, 2023, after a valiant battle with a brain tumor that resulted in a severe stroke. He leaves behind a legacy of love, intelligence, and innovation that will forever be cherished by his family and friends.

Shawn is survived by his devoted wife, Julie Zimmerman Everson, of Boulder Creek CA, his mother, Elizabeth Everson of Green Bay WI, and his father, William Everson of Mequon WI. As a loving husband and son, he brought joy and warmth to their lives and was a pillar of strength in their times of need.

Shawn's journey in pursuit of knowledge began in Wisconsin, where he attended college in Whitewater.  Shawn had a brilliant mind, always eager to tackle challenges and find innovative solutions. His professional journey spanned across various fields, including aeronautics, electronic sensors, solar energy, computerized products, and robotics. He leaves a lasting impact on the technology landscape.

Beyond his professional achievements, Shawn's kindness and generosity touched the lives of those who knew him. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. His passion for learning and teaching was contagious.  He was always willing to explain the world of science and technology.

Shawn Patrick Everson's passing leaves a void that can never be filled, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts and minds of those who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him and admired his remarkable intellect, creativity, and compassion.
