Theadora E. LaFromboise of Northfield passed away at Three Links Nursing Home on July 25th, 2021 with her family by her side.

Theodora was born in Iona Township on September 16th, 1946 to Norbert Balster and Elizabeth Zant Balster. She attended Slayton High School graduating in 1964. After having her children she was a 911 dispatcher for Murray County in Slayton, Mn.

She is survived by her Sons John Kirlin and his wife Monica of Faribault, Mn,  Richard Kirlin of Washington DC, and her daughter Denise (Sherri) and her husband Brad Schmitt of Shakopee, Mn. She has 6 grandchildren Anthony, Kim, Kory, Andrew, Marie, Caleb and 6 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Toni Griffin of Tyler, Mn, Joyce Holsman of Buhl, Mn, Marvin (Bridgitte) Balster of Lesigny, France, Susan Balster, Cold Springs, Mn and Rick (Jane) of Warrenton, Va.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Joe.

Theodora's family would also like to thank Three Links Nursing Home and the employees of Pathways for the amazing and compassionate care she had received while she was a resident there. 

Due to our Mother’s wishes and Covid-19 there will not be a memorial service.
