Sylvia Roman passed away peacefully in her home in Ceres, CA on July, 22, 2021 surrounded by family members.
Sylvia Roman was born in Shamrock, Texas on October 23, 1955 to Manuel Roman Sr. and Alicia Roman. Sylvia grew up and lived in San Jose, CA. most of her life. Sylvia was married for a time and had a child, daughter Yolanda Aguilar. Sylvia devoted her life providing for her daughter by working in the Roman family business. Sylvia was proudest of her daughter for earning a degree at Dominican University and an MBA at Santa Clara State University.
Sylvia Roman was active in Saint Elizabeth's church in Milpitas, CA. Sylvia and her daughter Yolanda volunteered at the church whenever they could. They were both well liked and appreciated the support they received from Saint Elizabeth's church.

Sylvia Roman was preceded in death by her parents, Manuel & Alicia Roman, her brothers, Manuel Roman Jr. and Ricardo Roman, her sister, Edna Roman and her daughter, Yolanda Aguilar. She is survived by siblings, Margarita Castillo, Antonio Roman Sr. , Ray Roman Sr. , Linda Yanez, and Diana Garcia. Sylvia had many nieces and nephews and was loved by everyone who knew her. Sylvia Roman will be greatly missed.
