Janice L. Allen, 66 of Colorado Springs, CO.
passed away at Memorial Hospital on May 3, 2022. 

Janice was born in Jeffersonville, IN. on May 26, 1955 to Donald And Betty Fulkerson (Mattingly). She worked in the food service industry for the majority of her life which she truly loved. She worked as a server, had a small and successful catering business, managed a country club and owned a couple of restaurants early on. 

Janice truly enjoyed having dinner parties and loved her annual Christmas party which she would spend days preparing for. She loved decorating, cooking and Christmas. Christmas for her began in October due to the time she would spend decorating and making a new tree design every year. She loved collecting and reselling antiques and vintage items. 
She had a smile and overall presence that would light up a room. She was proud, feisty, funny and truly one of a kind. She will be missed by so many.

She is survived by 2 Daughters Cassandra Fulkerson and Amanda Rozzo and son Nicholas Allen, brother Christian Fulkerson, niece Summer Fulkerson and nephew Nathan Stumler. She was predeceased by her parents Donald Fulkerson and Betty Mattingly, brother Kevin Fulkerson and Sister Tracy Freeman. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time in Colorado Springs as her wishes were to be buried by her parents in Charlestown, IN.
