The family of James Herbert Morris, are heartbroken to announce his unexpected and sudden death. Born February 15, 1967 - Died July 8, 2022.
Jim was loved by all and touched the lives of many people. Throughout his life, the close friendships that he developed, with people from all over the world, meant more to him, than anyone would truly know.
Jim was an amazing artist – poet – musician and spent his life connecting with nature. A gentle soul that had a deep appreciation, for the simpler ways of life. He loved fishing, grilling and creating his own unique recipes. He had a deep love of music, and was an incredible songwriter and poet. Some of his best times were jamming with his musician buddies, recording the songs that he wrote, (providing vocals and guitar). He had this little shy side about his talent and would send sound clips to us in excited anticipation for our input. Anyone who ever heard his music was pleasantly entertained, encouraging him to go public. We always told him, "Jimmy, you need to get these published". Jim was a huge MLB fan; his favorite team was the Seattle Mariners. He enjoyed watching old Western Movies, and the "Waltons". Jim was well read, and took a deep interest in spiritual meditation, organic living, natural healing, but still enjoyed a good shot of Jameson Irish Whiskey, and a cold Fat Tire beer with his friends.
We are deeply sadden to say goodbye, but take comfort in believing that Jim has found his peace. He will be remembered, loved and the memories cherished forever.
