Rebecca Christina Tellez
1963-2021

Rebecca “Becki” Christina Tellez was born on February 2nd, 1963 in Superior, Arizona to loving parents, Cecilia and Julian Hernandez.  She was the youngest sibling to Maria Munoz and Julian Hernandez, whom she loved dearly. She was a devoted wife to Joseph Tellez Jr. for 30 beautiful years. Becki entered into eternal rest with Jesus on January 4th, 2021. 

Rebecca grew up in Superior, Arizona and graduated from Superior HIgh school in 1981.  Rebecca was the heart, soul, and matriarch of her family. She was a loving mother to her six children and their spouses, Sonya, Andrea (Robert), Joseph, Miguel, (Jessie)  Gabriel, 
(Clara) and Cristina. She was a blessed nana to 12 grandkids Ramon, Mercedes, Raymond, Robert, Laila, Sophia, Marisela. Arriah, Rion, Eva, Gabriel, and Isabel.  Many beautiful memories were made with her family at her home for Sundays dinners.

Becki was a loyal Shamrock Foods employee of 22 years.  She was a best friend to many. She always showed care and compassion for others. She was the epitome of a beautiful soul,beautiful inside and out. She had a servant's heart and made sure that everyone she loved was taken care of.She will always be remembered for her unconditional love, loyalty, and devotion to her family. She is irreplaceable and we miss her tremendously! Her strength and legacy of love will live on through her family.

We love you to the moon and back mama! 

Memorial services will be held  at Avenidas funeral chapel on Wednesday, January 20th from 6pm-8pm.  Due to social distancing safety measures, the service will be live streamed.

Virginia Johnson Our deepest condolences to the Tellez family. She was a great and wonderful person and friend. We will greatly miss her, her laugh, and smile.
