Richard "Rick" Allen Hedgepath (71)
Born in Ottawa, IL December 18th 1952, passed away in current hometown Anaheim, Ca November 10th 2024.
He was born into a large family, being the youngest son out of 9.
He served in the Navy for a small period of time. He worked hard his whole life driving semi-trucks and always providing for everyone he loved. He enjoyed collecting classic hot rods when he could, and watching country westerns regularly, John Wayne especially. He was a loving, caring, and proud man. He enjoyed being a Dad, Step Dad, Grandpa, Step Grandpa to all of us. He loved all of his large family and more. He fought hard the past several years through so many health complications, and now he is at peace in heaven with his loved ones.
Preceding in Death: His Parents, Roy and Wilma Hedgepath, His Brothers, Roy, Chuck, Don and Jim, His sisters, Wanda, and recently Fran, His wife, Janice Hedgepath and her daughter Dawn Stephens, and his beloved daughter Lindsay Hedgepath.
Surviving Loved Ones: Wife Marie Eakin Hedgepath, and Angel, of Anaheim, CA. Brother Jerry of Orlando, FL, and Sister Joyce of Naples, FL. Daughters and family: April and Wilson Family, Stephens Family, Allyson and Kyle Bartlett, Grandkids, Seth and Sydney, and several step grandkids and great grandkids, nieces and nephews. All he loved dearly.
