Erna G. Ewall passed away on January 2, 2025 in Salinas, CA.  Erna was born on October 13, 1933 in Magdeburg, Germany.  Marina, CA was her home for over 50 years. Erna was a hairdresser for many years, operating her own shop in Carmel Valley Village.
Erna was predeceased by her husband, Robert Ewall, and her son, Ronald Carr. She is survived by many extended family members and friends.
A private service will be held at a later date. Erna’s final resting place will be at Garden of Memories Memorial Park, Salinas, CA. 
Donations in Erna’s name can be made to the SPCA because of her love of animals or to Epiphany Lutheran Church,  Marina, CA, her spiritual community.
