Brian Todd Dahlin was born on March 6, 1978, in Boise, Idaho, and passed away on February 26, 2025, in Boise, Idaho.
He was the beloved son of Breck and Carol Dahlin and had one brother, Jason. He is survived by his three sons, Tristan Stetzel, Brandon Dahlin, and Thomas Dahlin.
From an early age, Brian demonstrated dedication and perseverance. In 1996, he earned the esteemed rank of Eagle Scout with one Eagle Palm from the Boy Scouts of America—a reflection of his commitment to service and personal growth. His sense of duty led him to serve six years in the Idaho Air National Guard, during which he deployed to Oman in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. For his exemplary service, he was awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal. Additionally, his efforts in aiding the Hurricane Katrina cleanup earned him the Air Force Humanitarian Service Medal.
Brian’s final resting place will be at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery – Boise.
