Thomas Joseph Lo Bianco

January 08, 1934 - March 18, 2025

With profound love and gratitude, we honor the life of Thomas Joseph Lo Bianco, who passed away on March 18, 2025, at the age of 91. Born on January 8, 1934, in Brooklyn, New York, Thomas was a funny, generous, and thoughtful man whose warmth and kindness left a lasting impact on everyone he met.

Thomas' life was a testament to hard work, perseverance, and love for family. From humble beginnings and leaving high school early to later earning a college degree, he demonstrated remarkable determination and drive. After serving in the U.S. Army in Germany, he returned home and worked tirelessly to support his young family, taking on multiple jobs—including driving a cab in Manhattan—to ensure their well-being.

Known for his quick wit and playful nature, Thomas was a jokester who could bring laughter to any room. He loved watching tennis, solving sudoku puzzles, and gathering with friends and family. A proud member of the VFW, he carried a deep sense of camaraderie and patriotism throughout his life.

His favorite saying, "Make hay while the sun shines," reflected his practical wisdom and appreciation for life's opportunities. Thomas lived by this philosophy, always leading with a big heart and being the first to volunteer when help was needed. One of his family's fondest memories was his habit of secretly slipping money into the pockets or purses of his adult children, a quiet gesture of love they would only discover later.

Thomas is survived by his beloved wife, Marianne; his daughter, Rosemarie, and son, Jonny; his grandchildren, Renee, Ryan, Adam, Brett, and Christine; and his great-grandchildren, Daphne, Kennedy, Kinley, Jasper, Atlas, Aisling, Otto, Elle, Gwen, Gianna, and Niko. His legacy of love, generosity, and humor will continue through them and all who had the joy of knowing him.

As his family reflects on his long and fulfilling life, they take comfort in the thought that he is now reunited with his mother, who surely welcomed him with open arms into his new home.

Thomas lived a good life and was loved by many. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
