Maurice Oliver of Portland, Oregon passed away on Sept.5th,2025.

Maurice was born in Leland Mississippi. He attended school in Memphis,Tn and later in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He went to college at Grand Valley State College in Allendale, Michigan.  He worked as a private Tutor, and a writer, a photographer, and a Poet. His works are in publications around the world. He traveled the world extensively, and was fascinated with other cultures . 

He is survived by his brother, and was predeceased by his Mother and Father.
